RAD-140 + Ostarine research stack overview
This listing combines two separate, pre-mixed research solutions: RAD-140 (Testolone) and MK-2866 (Ostarine/enobosarm). Both compounds are investigational selective androgen receptor modulators, but they have different molecular structures, concentrations, and published research histories. The bundle is intended for analytical comparison and controlled laboratory research only.
The two solutions remain in separate labelled bottles so each compound can be documented, stored, sampled, and reviewed against the applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA) for its incoming material lot. This product is not a dietary supplement, medication, or product for human or veterinary use.

Base bundle: one 30 mL bottle of each solution (60 mL total solution volume). Multi-bundle options repeat this two-bottle set. Promotional free-bottle selections, where shown, are separate from the two compounds that define this stack.
What differentiates this stack?
This bundle contains two androgen-receptor modulators. That makes it different from catalogue combinations that pair a SARM with a SARM-adjacent compound acting through a different target, such as MK-677 (a ghrelin-receptor agonist) or GW-501516/Cardarine (a PPAR-delta agonist).
- RAD-140: developed as a potent nonsteroidal androgen-receptor modulator and later studied in a first-in-human phase 1 oncology trial.
- MK-2866/enobosarm: evaluated in controlled human studies of lean body mass and physical function, including a 12-week phase 2 trial in older adults.
- Separate solutions: the compounds are not premixed together, which supports separate identity, concentration, carrier, and material-lot document review.
- No synergy claim: the two compounds have not been proven safe or synergistic as a combined human-use regimen. The bundle format should not be interpreted as clinical guidance.
Purity, HPLC testing, and COA review
The listed purity specification is ≥98%, with HPLC testing used for purity assessment. A useful COA should be reviewed as documentation for the incoming compound material lot rather than as a generic marketing badge. COA references relate to the tested incoming material batch rather than individual finished bottles. When requesting documentation, check for:
- compound name and identity;
- reported assay or purity result and the analytical method;
- incoming material-lot identifier shown on the document; this is not expected to match a separate number on an individual bottle;
- test date and testing-laboratory information;
- separate results for RAD-140 and MK-2866 rather than one combined statement.
To request the available COA, contact [email protected] with the order number or add a note at checkout. For a broader explanation of identity, purity, and documentation, review Testing & COA Documentation.
Research context for each compound
RAD-140
Preclinical work described RAD-140’s androgen-receptor activity and tissue-selective development goals. The first published human trial enrolled 22 postmenopausal patients with metastatic breast cancer in an open-label dose-escalation study. Liver-test elevations were common in that monitored oncology population, so the paper should not be summarized as proof of safety for healthy users. Read the full RAD-140 safety-study analysis.
MK-2866 / Ostarine
A 12-week randomized phase 2 trial in 120 older men and postmenopausal women reported dose-dependent changes in total lean body mass and a stair-climb endpoint. That study evaluated enobosarm as an investigational drug under a clinical protocol; it did not authorize retail products or establish the safety of combining enobosarm with RAD-140.
Research-use and regulatory notice
Health Canada states that SARMs have not been authorized in Canada for any medical use and lists both testolone (RAD-140) and ostarine (MK-2866) among SARM ingredients associated with serious safety concerns, including hormonal suppression and heart and liver disease. These solutions are supplied strictly for laboratory research and are not intended for human consumption, self-experimentation, athletic performance, compounding, or veterinary use.
Both RAD-140 and ostarine are prohibited in sport under the World Anti-Doping Agency’s S1 anabolic-agents category. A “research use only” statement is not a representation that a compound is authorized as a drug or natural health product.
Frequently asked questions
What is included in one stack bundle?
One 30 mL RAD-140 solution at 10 mg/mL and one 30 mL MK-2866 solution at 25 mg/mL. The compounds are supplied in separate bottles.
Are RAD-140 and Ostarine the same compound?
No. Both are investigational SARMs, but they are distinct molecules with different concentrations and research records.
Does ≥98% purity mean the solution is 98% active ingredient?
No. Purity describes the tested compound material or chromatographic result; it is different from the finished solution concentration, which is listed in mg/mL. Review the applicable material-lot COA and product label together.
Can I request the applicable COA?
Documentation status can be confirmed using the order number. COA documentation relates to the applicable incoming material batch; its reference is not expected to match a separate number on an individual finished bottle.
How should the solutions be stored?
Keep each container sealed and follow the storage information on its label or accompanying documentation. Contact support for product-specific handling information; do not assume that the two carrier systems have identical requirements.
Does this page provide a dosage or cycle?
No. The product is not intended for human or veterinary use, and this page does not provide dosing, cycle, stacking, or medical instructions.
