Complimentary delivery protection
Every order includes complimentary delivery protection from Canada SARMs. If your package is lost or damaged, we will reship your order free of charge. This protection is provided by Canada SARMs at no extra cost.

Incorrect or missing items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing, contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the order and arrange the applicable remedy.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, including unopened items. Please do not send products back. This does not affect our complimentary delivery protection or the help available for incorrect or missing items described above.
Cancellations
Contact support immediately to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipping-label preparation has begun. If the order has already entered carrier transit, the shipping and return rules apply.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, support will confirm the method and any information needed to return funds securely. Canada SARMs does not ask customers to send banking passwords or authentication codes. Financial-institution processing may take additional time after a refund is issued.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
